I found the program very useful and supportive. Having someone to discuss problems with
and voice concerns provided a great framework to navigate the issues. Feeling heard was a
vital part of this. I felt that I was not alone, and it helped me to develop strategies to deal with
any issues. It also helped me recognise signs that I was struggling and how to get additional
help. I would definitely recommend the program to anyone struggling to deal with issues that
impact their work capabilities.
