Supported Employment Solutions (SES) in partnership with the Health and Social Care organisations carried out the induction for 17 clients who are undertaking the 2016-17 Disability Placement Programme. It is run in partnership with the following organisations:
- Health and Social Care Board
- Business Services Organisation
- Public Health Agency
- RQIA
- Blood Transfusion Service
- NI Practice and Education Council
In 2015-16 there were 15 people who completed the programme and the outcomes
were impressive; one full time job within HSCB, 4 temporary jobs, an internship, one job found externally and one person on a waiting list who has now been employed!
24 different placements were available this year to people who are accessing any of the SES partners services or programmes. The placements included administration, project work, IT technician, finance administration,data analysis, print room and warehousing.
